Indenture between William Brond, of Burnham, of one part and Richard Dene, of the same, of the other. Edward Kynght, of Bekenysfeld, John Milward, Thomas Wexham and Richard Gy, of the same, with the assent of the said William Brond on 10 October 1451 granted to Richard Dene a messuage with curtilage adjacent in Burnham (ECR 35 093) on condition that if the said Richard Dene pays William Brond at Lady Day next 20s and at Michaelmas 20s and thus continuously until 100s have been paid, then the said grant is to remain in force, otherwise the premises are to revert to the said William.
