Appointment by John Wattes, of Braye, co. Berks, William Gardener, senior, of Bekynsfeld, John Juyn, senior, of Cyppenham court, and John Luyn, junior, of Burnham, of John Luen of Burnham, as their attorney to deliver seisin to Master Richard Alfred, clerk, and Richard Dene, of Burnham, of an acre of arable in the field called Abbeyfeld between the land late of Robert Maunfeld, esquire, called le Burnham Breche on the west and the land of Philip Schydmour, esquire, on the east in length, extending in breadth on the north on to the land called Hoppers and on the south on to the land of Philip Schydmour, esquire, and of the monastery of Burnham, which acre they lately had, together with John Stapyll, now deceased, of the gift of Thomas Carter, of Burnham.
