Quitclaim by John Carter, son and heir of Thomas Carter, of Burnham, to master Richard Alfred, clerk, and Richard Dene, of Burnham, of all his right in 2½ acres of arable of which one acre lies in the field called Abeyfeld between the land late of Robert Manfeld, esquire, called 'le Burnham breche' on the west and the land of Philip Skydmour, esquire, on the east, in length, extending in breadth on the north on to the land called Hopper and on the south on to the land of Philip Skydmour, esquire, and of the monastery of Burnham, and one acre lies in Dewstraw in the fee of Hucham and abuts on the land of the demesne of Hucham on the west and on the field of Burnham on the east and on the land of John Hyll of Burnham on the north and on the land of the demesne of Hucham on the south, and the halfacre lies in the same cultura called Waterdell and abuts on the land of the abbey of Burnham on the east.
