Grant by Robert Dene and Christian, his wife, of Burnham, to Roger Lupton, clerk, of a messuage or tenement with a garden adjacent in Burnham in Burnhamstrete between a tenement late of John Berton, now of the Provost of Eton, which Muriel Rede holds for life, on the north and a tenement of [ ] Manfeld and the houses late of Maud Wexton on the south, and extending at one head on the pasture called Dawysest on the east and on high street of Burnham leading through the middle of the town towards Wycombe on the west; and four acres and a butt of arable in the fields of Burnham.
Two seals, round, 14mm, red wax, on doubled tags.
