Quitclaim by William Fulmer, of the parish of Hugeley, yeoman, to John Frenche, of Hugeley in the parish of Farnham Verdon, yeoman, and Isabel, his wife, of all his rights in tenement in Hugele in the parish of Farnham called Symmes Adene with a garden a field a croft and a grove pertaining, abutting on the King's way leading from Hugeley to Bekenysfild on the east and on the land of Thomas Crips called Akilspetyll on the north and on a lane called Gunelane leading from Braddesdell to Semergrene on the west and on the land of the said John Frenche called Stonefild on the south; and three crofts with a grove called Menden abutting on le Tylehowslonde of the said John Frenche on the east and on a lane called Denelane leading from Woburn Deyncourt to Hugeley on the north and on the land of William Mitchell called Wylliscroft on the west and on the land of Joan Waltams called Cokysfild on the south.
