Grant by John Leuwyn and Alice, his wife, of Burham, to Richard Bonde and Alice, his wife, of Wycombe, of a tenement in Wycombe between the tenement of Walter Colyer on one side and that sometime of Robert Teilere on the other.
Witnesses: Nicholas atte Brok, Walter Coliere, John Coupere, Ralph Pewe, Richard Ponnaunt, John Carpynter, Richard Olmet.

Two seals, on doubled tags.
(1) Round, 19mm, red wax, within a cusped border St Hubert's stag. HUBERTI LE IOLYF WARINER
(2) Only the tag survives.
