Grant by Walter le Coliere, of la Penne, to Richard Gregory, junior, of a yearly rent of 40s from all his lands and tenements in la Penne. The grantor has given the grantee 1d in the name of seisin.
Witnesses: John Virgon, Richard Hulmete, Richard Rokeby, Henry Wedon, Hugh Coliere.

Seal, round, 22mm, red wax, on doubled tag. A bullock's head, between the horns a cross.
Endorsed. Richard Gregory grants that if Walter Coliere shall pay him ten thousand plain tiles and ten thousand paving tiles at the feast of St Peter ad Vincula next and ten thousand plain tiles at Michaelmas, then the foregoing grant is to be void.
