Grant by Henry Lewyn, chaplain of Burnham, to William Loot, of Penne, of a cottage with a curtilage adjacent in Wycumbe between the land sometime of Walter Colyzer on the east and that of Thomas Jacob on the west and the grove called Haschwelgrof on the south and the common pasture of Penne on the north.
Witnesses: Thomas Hamdene, John Austyn, Walter Hulmet, John Rane, Thomas Jacob.

Seal, shield shaped, straight at top and sides, rounded at the bottom, 16 x 12mm, red wax, on doubled tag. Armorial, a lion rampant facing to the right, a legend.
