An unauthenticated copy in a fifteenth century hand, of a grant by John atte Hulmete, of Penne, son and heir of the late William atte Hulmete, of the same, to Richard Hulmete of a field with a wood adjoining the lane which leads towards the church of Penne and towards Wycombe, the field lying in length from the said wood to the land of Henry Tyler and in breadth between the land of Roger Puttyngham and that of the said Tyler and the wood lying towards the church of Penne and W[....] and in breadth between the land of the said Roger and the croft of John Pavyer. Rent 12d.
