Indenture of lease by dame Edith Scotte, widow, and John Scotte, gentleman, to Richard a Dene, of Penne, husbandman, of a croft of arable called Evellys and two crofts of meadow, one called Grasmede and the other Hogewhitys in the parish of Chiping Wycombe in Penne. For 20 years. Rent to the lessors, and the heirs of the said John, 7s and all dues to the chief lords.
