Grant by sir John Gray, Knight, sir Robert Smyth, chaplain, William Billyngdon and Edmund Cowntes to John Morwy, senior, of Penne, of a cottage with a garden adjacent once called Small Reggs in Wycombe between the land of William Saunders on the east and that of the prior of St John on the west extending from the garden of William Hurne on the south to the King's way leading from Wicombe towards Agmondesham on the north; which they had of the gift of William Austyn, of Stodam, co. Bucks.
Witnesses: Thomas Wodwarde, John Billyngdon, David Bryne, Robert Riott, John Philyppys.
