Penn, Buckinghamshire: Quitclaim of cottage with garden

Quitclaim by William Austyn, son and heir of Thomas Austyn, late of Pen, and Thomas Austyn, son of the said William, to John Murwyn, of Wycombe, of all their right in a cottage with a garden adjacent, once called Smabruggis in Wycombe between the land of William Saundres on the east and that of the prior of St John of Jerusalem on the west; and in another cottage with a garden adjacent in Wycombe between the King's way leading from Mussynden towards Merlowe on the east and that land of William Saundres on the west, extending from the garden late of William Hurne on the south to the King's way leading from Wycombe towards Agmondesham on the north.
