Will of John Morewyn, of Wycombe, that if his wife survives him, she is to have, as long as she remains unmarried, the lands and tenements she and he now dwell in, in Wycombe, paying the lord's rents and doing the reparations there and paying to John Rane, William Herne and Thomas Morewyn, his son, his feoffees, a red rose at Midsummer; with remainder, at her death or marriage, to the said Thomas and his heirs. The said Thomas to have the lands and tenements in Agmondesham in which he now dwells, in which he and Thomas Balle are enfeoffed, for which the said Thomas, the son, to pay the said John or his assigns in lawful coin.
Witnesses: Thomas Balle, Robert and William Balle, his sons, John Rane, the grantor's godson, William Herne.
