Counterpart of indenture of grant by Alexander Hulmet, of Penne, husbandman, to Robert Rede, of Dorney, yeoman, of a close of arable called Hopkyns in Penne lying between the close of John Freer and the messuage of Henry Dene on the north and the land of Nicholas Putnam on the east, west and south. He lately had the premises conjointly with John Sexten of the gift of Reginald Bray, Knight, and others. John Sexten has quitclaimed all his right in the premises to the grantor by deed of 24 September 1503.
