Stanwell, Middlesex and Horton, Buckinghamshire: Indenture of lease

Indenture of lease by John de Molendinis, of Horthon, and Aanora, his wife, to John de Walingeford and Alice, his wife, of all their tenement at Roddesworth in Stanewelle with all its appurtenances except the rent of the tenants there. For three years from Michaelmas next, so that they may receive three crops in full. Rent, at the end of the first year £4 6s 8d and at the end of the two years following 6 marks. The lessors to maintain the buildings in repair against wind and rain. The lessees to receive adequate housboute and hayboute.
