Stanwell, Middlesex and Horton, Buckinghamshire: Indenture of lease

Indenture of lease by Isabel le Large, in her free widowhood, to Thomas Webbelye of 3 acres of arable in Stanewell, one half acre lying in Grosforlang next the land sometime of John Smalwyt on the west, another half acre at La Horethorne next the land of Richard de la Knoll, a third half acre on the cultura called Sobbyndone, extending at one head on to the land of the Lord of Stanewell and at the other head on to the land of the said Thomas, a fourth half care in Tuelfacre next the land of William de Bedesmit, and one acre at Oxenemerdich next the land of John Neyl. From the date of the indenture for 8 years. The lessor to reap half of that acre which lies at Oxenemerdich and to have the alternate sheaf there, and from the two other acres she shall reap a third part and receive the third sheaf without delay.
