Counterpart indenture of lease, by the Provost and College to James Payn, of Maidenhead, gentleman, and Thomas Kendall, of George Yard, Lomard Street, London, vintner, surviving executors and devisees in trust named in the will of Henry Isherwood, deceased, upon surrender of the foregoing, of the Swan Inn, Burnham. From old Lady day last for 20 years. Rent 17s 10d, 1 bushel 2 pecks of wheat and 12 bushels 1 peck of malt, or their money equivalent.
