Indenture of lease, by Nicholas Raunce, tailor, and Absalom Butler, yeoman, churchwardens of the parish of Burnham, to Joan Bacheler, of Burnham, widow, of a messuage called the Churche House in Burnham adjoining the churchyard, wherein she now dwells, with 11½ acres of arable in the fields of Burnham, Sippenham and Eastburnham. From Michaelmas next for 21 years. Rent 54s.
