Tripartite indenture, between John Hawtrey, of Riselipp, co. Middlesex, on the first part, Edward Hawtrey, clerk, and Margaret, his wife, on the second part, and Ralph Hawtrey, of Riselipp, gentleman, William Clarke, of Hitcham, gentleman, Edward Ive, John Ive and John Lidgold, of Burnham, yeoman, and William Sergeant, the younger, of Hitcham, gentleman, on the third part, defining the uses of a find levied last Michaelmas between John Hawtrey, Edward Hawtrey and Margaret, his wife, in respect of 7½ acres of arable lying dispersed in several common fields in Burnham (specified), viz, to the use of Margaret for her life, with remainder to Ralph Hawtrey, William Clarke, Edward Ive, John Ive, John Lidgold and William Sergeant, the issues to be employed for the benefit of the poor of Burnham by the delivery of 12d in bread every Sunday at the discretion of the vicar, churchwardens and overseers and the vicar to have the refusal of the possession of the lands at the rent of 52s.
