Paper copy of another part of the indenture (ECR 38 039), that signed by Edward and Margaret Hawtrey.
Witnesses: Joseph Brookes, William Sergeant, senior, Christopher Fisher, Edward Seddon.
Certificate of William Adderley that he received the deed from Hobbs, of Burnham, and delivered it to Mr Hawtrey on 28 February 1659 (-60) "with an addition to be made to the poore by the said Mr Hawtrey according to his letter to me directed".
