Counterpart of lease, by John Lidgold, of Cippenham in Burnham, yeoman, and James Style, of Burnham, yeoman, churchwardens of the parish of Burnham, to Thomas Eyre, the younger, of Undercombs in Burnham, esquire, with the consent of the vestry, of a piece of arable in East Burnham in a field called Westfeild and a in shott called New Style Shott between the land of Thomas Eyre, senior, esquire, east and west, the land of Samuel Sanders north and the land late of William Noake, deceased, south, containing ½ acre, in the possession of Thomas Ball. From Michaelmas next for 31 years. Rent 4s.
