Tripartite indenture of bargain and sale, by Sir John George Shaw Lefevre, K.C.B., late of Battersea, but now of Ascot House, co. Surrey, to the hon. Florence George Henry Irby, of Hitcham, Arthur Hobhouse, of Devonshire Place, Portland Place, co. Middlesex, esquire, Q.C., the Rev. Charles Whateley, of Taplow, clerk, and Frederick Charsley, of Slough, gentleman, of the advowson of the church of Burnham.
