Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, to George Carewe, of London, esquire, a Master of the High Court of Chancery, of the said mansion house and lands (not described) as were late in the tenure of Bartholomew Wriglesworth in Sipenham, together with a little tenement belonging to the mansion house. From Michaelmas last for 21 years. Rent 22s 1d and 1 bushel 2 pecks of wheat and 2 quarters of malt, or their money equivalent.
