Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College (of Eton), of the mansion house in Sippenham, together with 12 acres of meadow, pasture and arable as aforesaid, except that after John Martin on the north, it continues, also a close of pasture containing 3½ acres abutting on the land of the College of Windsor on the east and the land of John Robartes on the west, extending along towards Syppenham on the south; also 2 little pytells of pasture containing one acre next the close aforesaid. From Michaelmas next for 21 years. Rent 30s and 6 wether sheep of the best Chiltern breed.
