Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, to John Holman, of Dorney, yeoman, Edmund Mason, of Slough, gentleman, and John Rolfe, of Beaconsfield, gentleman, trustees of the late Elizabeth Mason, wife of Edmund Mason, deceased, for £75 and the surrender of the foregoing lease, of the mansion house and lands of Cippenham. From old Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent 22s 1d and 13 gallons 2 quarts of wheat and 144 gallons of malt, together with £2 6s in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
