Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, to John Holman, of Dorney, yeoman, Edmund Mason, of Slough, gentleman, and John Rolfe, of Beaconsfield, gentleman, for £77 13s 10d, of the mansion house and lands of Cippenham. From old Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent 22s 1d and 13 gallons 2 quarts of wheat and 144 gallons of malt, together with £2 6s in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
