Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, to John Baker, esquire, of Penn, executor of the will of Samuel Baker, late of the city of York, D.D., deceased, upon surrender of a lease to the said Samuel Baker, of the messuages or farms called Aldiffs and Murwents. From old Lady day last for 20 years. Rent £3 9s 5½d and 2 quarters 5 bushels of wheat and 3 quarters 3 bushels 2 pecks of malt or their money equivalent. Signature of lessee.
