Oxford, grocer, upon surrender of a lease to Reverend Thomas Mervin Marshall, rector of Bow otherwise Rymat Tracey, co. Devon, clerk, and Christopher Hamlyn, of Paschoe in Colebrooke, co. Devon, gentleman, of the messuages or farms called Aldiffs and Murwents. From old Lady day last for 20 years. Rent £3 9s 5½d and 189 gallons of wheat and 147 gallons 2 quarts of malt.
