Indenture of grant by Hugh Aylewyn, of Eton, to Richard Hynderlyng, of the same, of a parcel of a messuage with a garden adjacent in Eton between land of the grantor on the north and the King's way on the south in breadth, and containing in breadth 45 feet and in length 75 feet. The grantor had the premises of the gift of John Hynderlyng, dyer, of Eton. To hold for the life of the grantee. Rent 1d. The grantor will keep the premises in repair except the hedge next the King's way on the south.
