Grant by William Page, of Eton, to Hugh Aylwyn alias Dyer, of the same, of two tenements lying together in Eton of which one was sometime of Richard Knyth and the other of William Harryes, lying between the cemetery of the church of Eton on the south and the land sometime of Walter Clay on the north and extending from the King's way which leads towards Windsor on the west to the garden sometime of John Huntercoumbe on the east.
