Indenture of grant by Hugh Aylewyn alias Dyer, of Eton, to William Page, of the same, and Agnes, his wife, of all the tenement called Harryes except a kitchen lately belonging to the same; also a path to a spring upon the land of the said Hugh, and sometime of Richard Knyth, with free ingress and egress for drawing water. For their lives in survivorship with remainder to the grantor and his heris. Rent 1d. The grantor will maintain and repair the tenement.
