Letter patent appointing John Kette and William Lynde attorneys to deliver seisin to William Whaplade, Nicholas Clopton and John Faryndon of an acre of land in Eton in the north field in a place called Denveer between the land of Thomas Jourdelay on the south and that of the College on the north, in exchange for a curtilage on the north of the cemetery of the collegiate church of St Mary, Eton, containing 60 feet in length and 30 feet in breadth called Hundercombesgardyne.
