Grant by Hugh Ayllewyn alias Dyer, of Eton, to Joan, daughter of John Northefolk, of the same, of a messuage with a curtilage and garden in Eton lying in length and breadth between the land of the King on the south and a messuage sometime of John Spragot on the north and abutting from the King's way to the ditch called Casteldyche.
