Indenture of grant by Richard Grove, Elizabeth his wife, daugther and heir of Nicholas Waddon, to Thomas Jurdelay of a piece of land lying in Eton between the land called Godardeslane on the south and a tenement of the said Thomas on the north and extending in length from the King's way leading from the church of Eton on the east to the land of the college on the west; and a cottage with a curtilage, meadow and water adjacent between the land of the said Thomas on the south and the said lane on the north and extending in length from the King's way on the east to the ditch called Casteldiche on the west. Rent for 100 years 7s and thereafter 20s.
