Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, to Ann Capron Beauchamp, wife of Philip Beauchamp, of Twickenham, co. Middlesex, apothecary, and Elizabeth Harding, of Eton, spinster, joint executrix's of the late George Sexton, deceased, upon surrender of the foregoing, of Hog Close. From Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent 35s 2d and 288 gallons of malt or its money equivalent, together, with £2 5s in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
