Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, to John Ramsbottom, the elder, Richard Ramsbottom, John Ramsbottom, the younger, and Thomas Baverstock, all of New Windsor, brewers, upon surrender of the foregoing, of Hog Close. From old Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent 35s 2d and 288 gallons of malt or its money equivalent, together, with £2 5s in consideration of the redemption of land tax.
