Power of attorney to Thomas Bekynton, clerk, and James Fenys, esquire, to receive seisin from Hugh Aylewyn alias Dyer of two tenements adjoining in Eton, one late of Richard Knyght, the other of William Haryes, between the cemetery of Eton church on the south and land late of Walter Clay on the north, extending from the King's way leading to Windsor on the west to a garden late of John Huntercombe on the east. Given at the lodge in Windsor Park, 5 September 1440. By the King.
Half of the Great Seal, natural coloured wax, on tongue.
