Royal Patents: Exemplification of decree over pensions

Exemplification, at the request of Robert Aldriche, Provost of Eton, of an enrolled decree of the Court of Augmentations of 26 April 1537, by which the Provost and college were confirmed in the possession of a yearly farm or pension of £38 which the priory of Farlegh, co. Wilts, used to pay them, and a yearly pension of £4 which the priory of Folkestone, co. Kent, used to pay, together with £57 arrears from the former and £6 arrears from the latter. The Provost had exhibited a charter of 17 July 1467, in support of his claim, the charter is recited. Given at Westminster.
