Licence for Humphrey, Duke of Gloucester, to grant to the Provost and College of Eton 100s yearly farm from the abbot of Redyng for lands and tenements in Esthenrith [East Hendrith], £7 6s 8d from the issues, profits and fruits of the alien priory, manors or lordships of Cottesford, cos. Oxford and Lincoln, 33s 4d a year from the issues of a mill at Goryng [Goring], co. Oxford, £18 13s 4d a year from the issues of the alien priory of Blakenham, co. Suffolk, £18 a year from the issues of the alien priory of Preston, co.Sussex, £16 13s 4d a year from the issues of the alien priory of Hoo, co. Sussex, £19 a year from the issues of the manors or lordships of Totyngbek [Tooting Bec], co. Surrey, £16 a year from the issues of the alien priory of Lesyngham [Lessingham], co. Norfolk, £30 a year from the issues of the alien priories of Cretyng and Everdon, cos. Suffolk and Northampton, £18 a year from the issues of the alien priory of Sporle, co. Norfolk, 40s a year from the impost of the alien priory of Tikford by Neweport Paynell [Newport Pagnell], co. Bedford, £4 a year from the ancient impost of the alien priory of Folkeston, £8 13s 4d a year from the issues of the alien priory of Mynstrelovell [co. Osford], £8 6s 8d a year from the issues of all manors and lands in co. Wilts. belonging to the deanery of Morteyn, £31 6s 8d a year from the issues of the administration of all the fruits of the church of Sturmynstre Marchall [Sturminster Marshall], co. Dorset, and of certain tenements in Charleton in the same county which were of the hospital of St Giles of Pont Audemer in Normandy, £20 a year from the issues of the alien priory of Dokkyng, co. Norfolk, £22 a year from the issues of the manor of Charleton, co.Wilts, £13 6s 8d a year from the issues of the alien priory of Cogges, £7 6s 8d a year from the issues of the alien priory of Stratfeldsay [Stratfield Saye], £40 a year from the issues of the alien priory of Clatford, co. Wilts, £25 a year from the issues of the alien priory of Stoke Urcy, cos. Somerset and Dorset, £7 a year from the issues of the alien priory of St Helen in the Isle of Wight, co. Hants, £7 18s 5d a year from the issues of the priory is Suthwyke, co. Hants, from the farm of Colymer and £40 a year from the alien priory of Toftys and manor of Toftis, co. Norfolk. To hold from Michaelmas last for the life of the duke, who had the premises inter alia by patent of 14 July 1439 for his life. Given at Westminster, by the King.
