Grant to William Day, vicar of the parish church of Mapledurham, co. Oxford, for £20, of all that portion of tithes called the portion of Lewes in Mapledurham viz two parts of all the tithes, both great and less, to be divided into three parts, from the demesne lands of the manor of Gurnay in the said parish, namely on 200 acres of arable land and 100 acres of meadow and pasture and on le Parke consisting of 200 acres and 4 acres of copse, amounting to £20 a year (save those on le Parke and the copse amounting to 20 marks which are reserved to the Crown). To be annexed to the vicarage in perpetuity. Given at Westminster.
