Royal Patents: Grant of rights to waters and fisheries

Recites that on 19 May 1439 various liberties, franchises etc were granted to the burgesses of New Windsor and that on 1 September last they surrendered those rights in relation to the waters and fisheries in the River Thames with the soil and bottom of the said waters and fisheries. The King has granted these rights in the waters, fisheries and banks to the Provost and College. Given at Westminster, by the King and with the authority of Parliament
