Licence to all inhabitants of the parish of Eton to grant lands etc in mortmain to the Provost and College of Eton in frankalmoign or for a light on the high altar or an image in the church of Eton or for divine services; and to the Provost and College to receive the same. Witnesses: John Archbishop of Canterbury and Chancellor, William Bishop of Salisbury, Adam Bishop of Chichester, keeper of the Privy Seal, Humfrey, Duke of Gloucester, John Duke of Exeter, Humfrey Duke of Buckingham, Edmund Marquess of Dorset, William Marquess of Suffolk, Richard, Earl of Salisbury, John, Earl of Shrewsbury, John Viscount Beaumont, Sir Ralph Cromwell, Sir Ralph Botiller, Treasurer of England, knights.
