Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, to Mary, countess dowager of Derby, upon surrender of a lease to James, earl of Derby, of the manor or manors of Fyssher and Brymfaste in the parishes, villages and hamlets of Northmundham, Sidelsham, Easton, Compton and Welighe, cos. Sussex and Hants, together with all courts leet and profits of the same. From Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent £4 6s 8d and 3 quarters 2 bushels of wheat and 4 quarters 2 bushels 2 pecks of malt or their money equivalent.
