Indenture of lease, by the Provost and College to the most noble Charles, duke of Richmond, upon surrender of a lease to Sir Thomas Dyke Acland, baronet, of the manor or manors of Fyssher and Brymfaste in the parishes, villages and hamlets of Northmundham, Sidelsham, Easton, Compton and Welighe, cos. Sussex and Hants, together with all courts leet and profits of the same. From old Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent £4 6s 8d and 3 quarters 2 bushels of wheat and 4 quarters 2 bushels 2 pecks of malt or their money equivalent.
