Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, to Charles, duke of Richmond, Lennox and Aubigny, for £300 and the surrender of the foregoing, of the same viz. the manor or manors of Fishers and Brimfast in parishes, villages and hamlets of Northmusham, Piddlesham (sic) Eastom, Comton and Welleigh, cos. Sussex and Hants. From old Michaelmas last for 20 years. Rent £4 6s 8d and 234 gallons of wheat and 310 gallons 2 quarts of malt, together with an additional rent of £28 19s 1d in consideration of the redemption of Land Tax.
