Indenture of lease, by James Hack Tuke, of Bancroft, co. Herts, to Christopher John Strange, of Spettisbury, Blanford, co. Dorset, farmer, of Fisher Farm, in North Mundham, co. Sussex, reserving all timber etc. For one year from 29 September 1887 on a yearly tenancy, until two years notice be given on either side to terminate the same. Rent £90 and an over rent of £50 for every acre of pasture or meadow that shall be broken up and £20 for every acre of arable which shall be cropped contrary to covenants hereafter contained.
Twenty covenants follow, together with a schedule of the premises.
