Agreement between Annie Skinner, of Birdham Road, Chichester, co. Sussex, spinster, and the Provost and College by which she surrenders to the latter, as lords of the manor of Brimfast and Fishers, co. Sussex, a messuage and barn and forty acres of land customary called Martins and a messuage and barn and ten acres of land customary called Smiths, in Brimfast, also a cottage garden plot or parcel of ground which said plot was heretofore enclosed from as being part of the waste of Brimfast, containing in length from east to west ten rods or perches whereon the said cottage was formerly erected and built, in consideration whereof the College will pay her an annuity of £55.
