Counterpart of lease, by the Provost and College, to John William Parrott, of Hall Place Farm, Merrow, Surrey, farmer, of lands, specified in schedules, in North Mundham and Hunston. With a map of the same. From 29 September 1923 on a yearly tenancy, terminable at twelve months' notice. Rent £245 and 5% per annum upon all moneys laid out by the lessors in improving the Marblebridge Farmhouse (included in the premises) by erecting a new bathroom and WC and £40 for every acre of meadow pasture gorse or woodlands broken up into tillage without the written consent of the landlords. Twenty nine covenanats follow.
