Grant by Simon son of Miles de Wudemanecote to William Turricus of Waltham, for his homage and service and 3s, of a portion of land in the vill of Cokam in the croft called Odenaie, 2 per. 10ft wide at the west end and 2 per. at east, and 7 per. 8ft long, extending towards land which William Miller (Molendinarius) held, viz. of land which Ralph Purfughel held of the grantor. Rent 6d.
