Grant by Jordan de Bagindone to Hamundus de Bogindone, his brother, and Cristine Staly of Magna Merlaue, for their service and 40s, of 3 strips (sullones) of arable land, in the croft called Wellingcroft lying between the grantor's land on both sides and abutting at the east end on the grantor's land and at the south end on the hedge between land of the grantor and of Walter Yue; of half an acre in the field called Brundelhewe between the land of William Bouetoun and land of the grantor, in length towards east and west and, at one end, abutting on land of Thomas de la Loc and at the other, land of Roger le Fraunceys; and of a moiety of an acre of meadow in Forelesemed, viz. in the place called Longedole adjoining the meadow of John [?Yve], as the lot shall give each year, in the vill of Braye. Rent 6d. In defect of heirs Cristine to hold the premises for her life, with reversion to the grantor.
